The Greek Isles are among this year’s trendiest travel destinations.  There are more than 200 inhabited islands each with its own unique culture and personality.

There are 6 main island groups as well as Crete which stands alone.

Most people visit the major islands via cruise ship.  Celestyl, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and other cruise lines have several cruises a year that visit the islands.  There is also air transportation and ferry transportation from Athens or from island to island.

May through September will offer the largest amount of flight and ferry options. Also, more restaurants, bars, etc will be open.
